How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
Starting at $1,599, includes usage of community amenities.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Community: 24 hour fitness center, parcel lockers, on site maintenance, clubhouse, coffee bar, BBQ & patio w/ fireplace, Wi-Fi bar, pet relief areas.
Apartments: Stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings (select units), AC, in unit laundry, dimmable lighting, quartz countertops.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes- 2 pets per home, no exotic pets. Breed restrictions apply. Pet fee $300, pet deposit $300, pet rent $325 1st pet and $25 2nd pet.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
No short team leases. All leases begin at 12 months. You may go month to month once you have completed your first lease term.
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
On our website, or give us a call at 360-726-6690. We also accept walk in tours.
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
All applicants over the age of 18 must complete a separate application. The fee is $63.50 per app.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes. Resident can choose between the open lot ($8 / month) and a reserved parking space ($25 / month). Guests can park in the open lot during the day for free, and purchase an overnight guest pass for $5.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
None are included. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, trash and electricity.
Is the community gated or secured?
No, but we do have courtesy patrol that patrols the community at night.
What schools serve the community?
Emerald Elementary, Sifton Elementary, Frontier Middle School, Heritage High School, Union High School.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
C Tran bus stop 0.2 miles away. WA-500 W is 4.8 miles away.
